 Gina M. Vincent, CPA- Partner
Gina is one of the co-founders of Premier Pension Solutions. Her vision was to create a firm dedicated to providing quality, professionalism and unmatched service. She believes that the personalized attention they give to all clients is what sets them apart from their competitors.
Gina is a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Gina has been in the industry since 1993 providing plan design, implementation, day-to-day administration and consulting for qualified retirement plans. Before helping start Premier Pension Solutions, Gina practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for a large regional accounting firm where she was the manager over the firm’s employee benefit department. Gina also has experience in taxation and audit. She has extensive knowledge of ERISA, and is heavily involved in Plan design, documentation and compliance.
She works closely with employers and their financial advisors, listening to their needs and objectives, to design the plan that will best accomplish those goals. She also knows that clients rely on PPS to stay current with changes in the law to help ensure their plans stay in compliance. Gina takes pride in performing her duties and understands the seriousness of her actions.
